GET READY TO GRADUATE!
The 2025 Commencement ceremony is on Saturday, June 14 at Reser Stadium.
ELIGIBILITY
Students who graduated or will graduate between summer 2024 and summer 2025 are invited to participate in the 2025 Commencement ceremony.
- Baccalaureate candidates graduating in summer 2024, fall 2024, winter 2025, spring 2025 and summer 2025 are invited to participate in the 2025 Commencement ceremony.
- Master’s and Doctoral candidates graduating in summer 2024, fall 2024, winter 2025, spring 2025 and summer 2025 (with permission) are invited to participate in the 2025 Commencement ceremony. Check the Graduate School website for more details.
Only seniors with at least 135 earned and posted credits by the end of the winter 2025 term (graduating between summer 2024 through summer 2025) can participate in Commencement. No exceptions.
COMMENCEMENT DAY SCHEDULE
9 a.m. Gates open for guest seating at Reser Stadium
9 a.m. Graduates line-up for processional on campus
10 a.m. Procession begins
10:30 a.m. Procession enters Reser Stadium
11:00 a.m. Ceremony begins
~1:30 p.m. Ceremony ends

Student Veterans or Current Service members
To honor the service you have provided to our country, we would like to offer you an Oregon State University Veteran Coin and a set of Veteran Cords to be worn at commencement. The Veteran Cords and Coin will be available for pick-up at the OSU Beaver Store Grad Fair on April 15-16. After the Grad Fair, students may pick up their Veteran Cords and Coin at the Office of the Registrar on the first floor of the Kerr Administration Building (Kerr B102).
COMMENCEMENT CARD
Every student who has registered for Commencement will have a card with their name, a unique number and a QR code. You will get this card from your marshal at the lineup on the day of Commencement.
This card is your pass to participate in the ceremony, have your photo taken and receive your diploma/case. Do not lose this card. We suggest taking a picture of the card just in case.
GRADUATE CEREMONY SEATING MAP
All graduates will be seated by college on the field at Reser Stadium. A diagram of the graduate seating in Reser Stadium is below.
ENTRANCE AND SEATING GUIDANCE FOR FAMILIES
- If your graduate is in the Colleges of Engineering, Liberal Arts, or Agricultural Sciences you will likely want to enter through Gate B to sit on the East Side of Reser Stadium.
- If your graduate is in the Colleges of Education, Forestry, Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences, Business, Health, or Science you will likely want to enter through Gate G to sit on the West Side of Reser Stadium.
- If your graduate is a Ph.D. or Master's candidate, both entrances and sides of Reser Stadium are available options for seating.

GRADS GIVE BACK
June 14-17 | DONATE YOUR GOWN FOR FUTURE BEAVER GRADS!
Are you graduating and walking at Commencement? Give your gown to a future graduate afterward! You can help another student who may not be able to participate in Commencement otherwise while keeping your cap and cords as mementos. Gowns can be donated at the Valley Library June 14-17 and at the Memorial Union year-round.
Grads Give Back is sponsored by ASOSU, Commencement, Campus Recycling, Memorial Union and Valley Library.
COMMENCEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY
The Grad Team will be on-site at Reser Stadium capturing #BeaverGrads’ special day.
Photos will be sent to each graduate the week following Commencement.
