ACCESSIBLE PARKING
ADA parking spots are reserved for cars with Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) permits, available only from the DMV. The location of ADA accessible parking spaces, indicated in blue, can be found on this map. Additional ADA accessible parking is available in other lots, which will be served by accessible shuttle busses.
Guests with mobility concerns who do not have DMV issued disabled person parking permits may park in the reserved lot on the south or west side of the stadium, accessible from Western Blvd or 30th Street, respectively. Parking close to Reser Stadium is available within the OSU Parking Garage and is accessible from Western Blvd (please be aware that egress out of the parking garage can take up to two hours).
ACCOMMODATIONS FOR DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING GUESTS
An ASL interpreter will be projected onto the large video screens during the ceremony.
Captioning will be displayed on the large video screens in Reser Stadium, the Toyota Club and the Loge during the ceremony.

COMMENCEMENT BROADCASTS
Commencement will be broadcast live online with captions at commencement.oregonstate.edu the day of the event. A simultaneous live broadcast in Spanish with Spanish captions will also be available.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
The OSU Shuttle Bus will run throughout the campus and to and from Reser Stadium from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Shuttle pick-up points are marked by signs. The shuttle route can be found on this map.
ENTRANCES INTO RESER STADIUM
Guests who need easy access to elevators and escalators should use Gate C or G. Guests that are going to the Toyota Club are advised to enter through Gate C.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Service Animals are allowed per OSU Policy. Anyone attending Commencement with a service animal is expected to keep the animal under control at all times.
STADIUM SERVICES
Please be advised that food and drink provided from outside vendors will not be allowed into Reser Stadium. Concession booths and Dutch Bros Coffee will be open in the main concourse.
The OSU Beaver Store in the stadium across the street will both be open during the ceremony.
ATMs are located in the OSU Beaver Store entry area under the portico on the north side of the CH2M HILL Alumni Center.
SUN EXPOSURE
Seating for guests who cannot sit in the sun is located inside the Toyota Club and in the wings of the Loge. Screens inside the Toyota Club will offer a live viewing of the ceremony.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS
Access to Reser Stadium may be challenging to guests who have difficulty walking long distances from the parking lots and shuttle stops. Guests who may have difficulty walking long distances should consider bringing a wheelchair. Disability Access Services (DAS) has several wheelchairs that can be loaned out for use at Commencement. These wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information please call the DAS Office at (541) 737-4098, or email [email protected]. Wheelchairs can also be rented at Samaritan Medical Supplies and Rice's Pharmacy.
Wheelchair seating is available throughout Reser Stadium on the main level, the Loge level, and upper level Toyota Club. Two companions can be seated with the individual who uses a wheelchair. If you need assistance finding seating, please see one of our volunteers or security staff inside the stadium.
